Gospel Reflection

 Kia Ora, welcome back to my blog, this week on Monday we learnt about the gospel.

We learnt about how the Disciples were walking together and started saying things like Jesues said I am the rock of his church I am going to have a pretty special role to play in his kingdom. They argued about who was the greatest.

There were lots of diffrent options. I chose to make a poster which had to include, main idea from the Gospel, one quote, and a image related to the Gospel.

Amazing fun reading

 Kia Ora, welcome back to my blog this week in reading we have been learning about how to be a good friend.

For the create there was 8 diffrent options. We could choose one create idea. I chose the top 10 ways to be a good friend on a google drawing.

The create was fun because when I was thinking of the ideas it made me realise that mabye I could be a better friend. The top 10 posters questions were tricky to think about but when I finished I felt quite proud of myself.

Reflections From My Travels

 

This winter [summer] I went on a trip to the U.S.A. 

The 10 best parts of my travels were:

1. Going to 8 different airports

    When we flew out of L.A., Me and Mum realised that we had the New Zealand Black Sox and 2              Olympians on our flight.

2. Seeing Family and Friends

    In Michigan I went skiing, tubing, boat rides and I learnt how to surf on the back of the boat with my      cousin. I went to my Aunts 80th and we ate pulled pork, pulled chicken, homemade baked beans            and huge cake.

3. I stayed on my cousins Lake house the Lake was called Huzzy Lake 

    I saw a turtle, deer and lots of fish in the lake. They had 2 boats 1 paddle board a huge canoe and a          big trampoline that floats on the water.

4. I was in  Paw Paw Michigan with Grandpa and Mum, we went to the petrol station and I meet my other cousin Tyler and then the alarm went of that meant that Tyler and his dad had to go fight the fire I heard another siren and when I turned around I saw my other cousin Kyle in his truck ready to go fight the fire.

5. When I got on the plain to come back home I was so ready for it I was so desperate to see my friends and Dad I am so exited to be back home.

Waigantai Stamp

 Last week we made a stamp I made one with a castel and an example of a real maroi stamp. We had to use shapes and lines. I used little triangles for the top of the castel. I Named the castel after Waitangi in the north Island New Zealned.

My māroi conversaion

Kia ora welcome to  my blog this week we have been learning about conversaions in Te Reao maroi. We learnt how to say Nō hea koe? No Ōtautahi ahau.

We also learnt how to say lots of other maroi words. We had to make a conversaision including to quetions. Hope you like it!!
